I do not offer refunds or returns.Since my purposes were to print on matte paper, matte black usage only was not a problem for me but might be for someone else. The printer has leaked ink using the photo black settings, in the past, so do not purchase this printer if you have to have photo black usage. See the enclosed photos and printhead test just done. It prints beautiful color prints using matte paper. This printer has been only used for matte black printing in my photography studio.
